Ximeter ACP-1920
Ximeter ACP-1920 is a silicone-based antifoaming and release emulsion manufactured by Dow Corning (now Dow), designed specifically for food-contact applications including bakery pan release, confectionery molding, and defoaming in food processing. The food-contact grade polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) emulsion provides a thin, non-stick release film on metal baking surfaces, enabling clean product release without imparting flavor, odor, or coloring to the baked product. Its defoaming function prevents surface pitting and foam-related texture defects in processing operations.
