A commonly formulated pea:rice ratio is 70:30 or 80:20 (pea:rice by weight). At these ratios, the combined amino acid profile is more complete than pea alone, while the neutral flavour contribution of rice protein helps soften pea's characteristic earthy note — a secondary but commercially relevant benefit.

Why not just use soy protein instead of a pea-rice blend?
